Junior Contract Manager (International Telecom)

MMD Smart is an international company that provides the best solutions in communication. We are looking for a JuniorContract Manager to join our friendly team!

Responsibilities:

• Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, commercial and organizational needs and expectations
• Prepare business related documentation and instructions based on commercial and organizational needs and expectations
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments, company's terms of service and policies
• Analyze existing and suggest potential required contract and documentation content
• Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues up to final closure of paperwork
• Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring contract update
• Maintain the base of company's contracts and business related documentation, keep CRM records up-to-date
• Manage and coordinate company's document flow to ensure an accurate and timely communication with customers

Qualifications:

• Advanced English is a must (Legal English is a plus)
• Ability to analyze, utilize and interpret contractual language models
• Ability to systematically analyze contractual provisions, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate language
• Strong verbal and written skills, clarity of presentation
• Legal education is a plus
• Сonscientiousness, commitment to work with formal documentation, responsibility, diligence, self-organization skills, self-discipline.
