Event Manager (HR Marketing)

Who are we looking for:

Sombra is looking for Event Manager with experience in marketing. We are looking for a person who will develop, drive our internal and external events, and will be involved in the development of HR marketing of the company.

 

Requirements:

Experience of organizing events: conferences, meetings, thematic events (we will be glad to hear about your successful cases)

Understanding the specifics of IT companies Experience in marketing

Ability to work with graphic online editors

English - at least pre-intermediate

 

Responsibilities:

Development of concepts, topics, detailed plan of each event

Collection of information on purpose-oriented events (exhibitions, conferences), evaluation of participation effectiveness

Organization of internal events (parties, training events, presentations, team building, etc.)

Organization of external events

Preparation and participation in purpose-oriented activities

Preparation of internal news digest

Organization of corporate events

Performance analysis, collecting and structuring reports of the event

 

Competencies:

Sociable - the ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to find a in common ground with people, love to communicate

Organizational skills - must be able to plan own work, organize others (contractors, assistants, etc.)

Creativity - we expect many interesting solutions and ideas

Flexibility - you will need to be able to adapt to the circumstances, purpose alternatives

Presentation skills - be able to present your idea, write a short announcement, present a particular event depending on the topic, goals, audience

Multitasking - we expect our ideal candidate will able to work with multiple projects at the same without losing focus and quality on it

Attention to detail - we believe that success is in details.

Therefore, we expect from the person the highest possible attention and observation

Self-organization - Due to all the above competencies, a high level of self-organization in this position is a must-have
