JTI Travel Retail (Worldwide Duty Free-WWDF) is one of the largest volume market in JTI, responsible for the duty-free business in more than 160 countries through 10 different duty-free retail channels. We are one team of 170 people, spread across the globe with the market HQ based in Geneva, Switzerland and 5 regional hubs around the world.

We are looking for Finance Manager to become member of our Finance team. The position is based in Kiev and organizationally reports to WWDF General Manager Eastern and Northern Europe Duty Free Director based in Kiev and functionally to WWDF CFO based in Geneva.

This position provides full financial support to the Eastern and Northern Duty Free hub in the area of accounting operation, FP&A, controlling and business support to help achieve the strategic objectives and financial targets, in line with JTI Policies, Operating Guidelines and Local regulatory requirements for both short and long term financial and business objectives. This position plays a key role in supporting management decision making and ensuring maximum business efficiency.

Included in the key tasks are:

• Accounting operation
• Planning and forecasting: Responsible for the financial planning, analysis and reporting of markets assigned.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepares standard formats (Actuals, LE/ASP decks, hub CFO communication) and ad hoc analysis. Develops/prepares management reporting and provides analytical and interpretative services for business improvements.
• Business support: Prepares various business analysis, profitability studies, business plans. Provides assistance to the hub team in preparation of BAPs and Memos (financial calculation, overall guidance).
• Controlling: On-going monitoring of hub's customers credit positions and in-market inventory status. Help and advice to the team on contracting process. Ensures policies and procedures are understood and complied with by the hub team.
• Order to Cash - Responsible for the pricing process - creation, maintenance and issuance of pricing letters. Supervises hub customer master data maintenance in SAP and issuance of credit and debit notes.
• Procure to Pay - Supervises the creation of purchase requisitions, good receipt transactions and supports the marketing team for the same process.
• Record to Report - Responsible for the financial accuracy of P&L. Ensures financial data integrity in TM1. Manages month-end closing and Interco billings.

You as a professional have:

Education

• University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent commercial degree.
• Financial certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in finance and/or accounting
• Cross cultural and multimarket experience is a plus

Skills and knowledge

• Fluent English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
• SAP experience is beneficial
• Financial and management accounting (Cost accounting, financial accounting, internal control, IFRS)
• Financial planning and analysis (data analysis, business modelling)
