    The Role

    Recruitment & Career development Specialist

     

    We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming 'one of Europe's three most successful apparel retailers by 2023'.

     

    Job Description:

    • To carry out recruitment procedures in accordance with the norm staff plan and position.
    • Requirements of the headquarters and store positions in the countries for which he is responsible.
    • To carry out all the necessary operational procedures during the recruitment process of candidates recruited for headquarter positions in the countries where he is responsible for.
    • To follow the trial periods of employees who started to work in the headquarters and store positions in the countries where he is responsible for and to manage the relevant processes of the employees who will leave the job.
    • To carry out the career management of employees in the country stores where he is responsible for in accordance with the standards.
    • To make the assignment/reassignment announcements of the head office and store employees of the country he is responsible for.
    • To carry out project management studies.
    • In the absence of Country HR Manager, to evaluate the situations experienced among employees within the framework of the Feedback / Warning / Labor Law and to follow the process by taking the necessary action steps.
    • In the absence Country HR Manager, to carry out all performance evaluation and survey processes, to follow up the results, to take necessary actions and to report to HQ when needed.
    • To follow up all internal communication processes, to implement them and to report their outputs to HQ when there is no Country HR Manager.
    • Carry out store visits and report them to HQ when there is no Country HR Manager.

    Required Qualifications:

     

    Education & Language Skills

     

    Minimum University Degree

    Up intermediate English

    Professional Expertise

    Minimum 3 years of experience

    Experience in international retail will be a competitive advantage

    Education and additional training in the professional field will be an advantage

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Capable of discretely handling confidential information

    Analytical mindset that is able to innovate and improve existing processes

    Knowledge of MS Office programs

    Good planning and organization skills

    High sense of responsibility

    Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

    Ability to work under pressure
