Senior Recruiter

In the context of constant growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our HR team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for establishing and constant maintaining network of contacts, attracting and hiring Experienced talents with the goal to full-fill company's development needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of overall recruiting strategy, as well as serving as first point contact for daily coordination activities in Recruitment, new hire processing, and other related activities
• Maintain of constant communication with Business managers to successfully manage recruiting initiatives
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to appropriate sources
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote and share company's values and reinforce reputation as "best place to work"

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in recruiting agency
• Good English knowledge
• University degree or equivalent
