Our customer - a world leader in green energy production is opening their branch in Ukraine, Kiev. Office to be located in the city-center.

We invite candidates to apply for Administration Position

Key Responsibilities:

Update and file the company's business license, articles of association and other documents according to the registration information and actual business needs of company. Manage the seal and stamp.

Daily office work:

  • Complete monthly office lease through company payment system according to signed contract
  • According to the actual expenditure, handle the expenses of office, property, water and electricity in time
  • Send and receive documents and parcels according to the company's express receiving and sending rules
  • Arrange meeting room and conference reception according to business requirements.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Purchase gifts for clients according to the company's entertainment policy
  • According to the company's brand management standards, some hospitality products are manufactured in the Ukraine
  • Apply for work permit and visa extension according to visa application system of the company
  • Deal with entry and exit, accommodation registration and local permit according to local law
  • According to the local travel regulations, book the air ticket through the air ticket agent appointed by the company, check the bill and pay on time.
  • Statistics and distribution of local employee benefits according to the Company's notices.

Documents filing and management.

  • Translation work
  • Document translation, written translation, on-site interpretation. (English- Ukrainian-Russian)


  • A Bachelor’s degree or above with major. Advantage if you have qualifications in administrative management, public administration or relevant.
  • 2+ years admin experiences, experiences in new energy industry will be advantageous.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Good at problem solving, ability to multi-task with high-efficiency.
  • Good at Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT) software.
  • Patience, service consciousness and execution ability, willing to handle clerical work carefully.
  • Know about Ukraine local manners and customs.
  • Organizational and coordination ability.
  • Good at written English-Ukrainian-Russian translation
