Resource Manager

We are Ukrainian product company with foreign investment and with more than 800 000 clients.

Our primary product is an online credit system (moneyveo.com), allowing customer to get a loan online within 10 minutes. More info about the product and our company you can get on DOU website.

We are looking for experienced Resource Manager to extend our product team in Kiev office.

Responsibilities:

• Definition and maintenance of resource pool regarding availability and skills;
• Development and maintenance of a resource plan and on-going updates;
• Management and fulfillment of resource requirements from all IT functions and initialization of proposals to address shortfalls and conflicts;
• Ensure resource requirements are fully understood and an accurate reflection on what is required, to ensure correct utilization of resources;
• Review resource plan, identify availability issues and provide proposals to resolve, working with the Portfolio Manager;
• Work with delivery and portfolio teams to establish the need for internal and external IT resources;
• Prepare and review resource forecasts;
• Identification of middle- to long-term resource demands - plan to address any gaps;
• Еstablishing consistent resource request processes;
• Creating of real-time dashboards to easily show statistics (such as how your IT organization is improving its on-time delivery dates and increasing satisfaction with your business constituents).\

Requirements:

• Effective Resource Management of staff;
• Project management or IT related comparable practical experience;
• At least 2 years of professional experience of Project Management and coordination resourcing;
• Ability to Multi-Project Planning;
• Excellent knowledge in definition and implementation of IT Resource and Skill Management;
• Pronounced analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working;
• Excellent communication and coordination strength as well as assertiveness;
• Ability to work under pressure as well as result orientated;
• Experience in managing external and internal resources;
• Knowledge in the area of IT Portfolio Management (desirable);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban;
• Understanding of product development stages and SDLC;
• Knowledge and ability to use time management techniques;
• Ability to set priorities for a team;

Will be a plus

• Excellent presentation skills up to top management level.
