We are looking for CRM & Data Specialist

Requirements: 

•  High education
• 3+ years of experience in the field of business analytics, data management, CRM data management
•  Experience in social media management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Project Management experience (PMP preferred)
•   Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, CRM and other)

Key responsibilities: 

• Key user for both Conviso Smart application & salesforce CRM
• Support and train Sales reps, key account managers & agronomist how to use CRM & register visits
• DATA integration between CS app, CRM and WEB. Managing Customer DATA through mobile app, fields, requests, claims
• Organization and coordination of gathering and analysis of commercial information.- commercial information management
• Analyze data, leverage it to effectively promotion
• Developing of "go-to-market", promotional plan for the BU and further it implementation
• Support Sales Representatives with data to promote performance of the KWS portfolio
• Close cooperation with Global Marketing & Communications  Customer Service and Marketing department UA
• Support CRM & Data specialist in MD functionally as key user
