PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Porsche, Skoda and MAN.

Customer Relationship Officer

• you support and consult our clients and group brands dealers and their salespeople in all matters regarding financial contract (credit, financial leasing and operative leasing)
• you communicate via telephone, e-mail and personal with clients and dealers on daily basis
• you support the car registration / deregistration process
• you achieve excellence through customer service
• you are ready to significantly support your team by actively participating in the projects

General requirements:

• specialist or master university degree foreign language competence - English (intermediate level)
• customer-oriented thinking
• communication and negotiating skills
• accurate and precise working style
• high engagement and motivation, capable to work under pressure
• ability to work independently and responsibly
• strong teamwork and decision-making skills
