Your tasks:
- Develop the Fleet Sales Strategy in line with Porsche Bank Group targets
- Execute the sales plan and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve the agreed sales targets by managing the team of Fleet Sales Managers
- Improve the Fleet Sales processes within the company
- Ensure positive cooperation within official dealer network of VW, Audi and SEAT
- Conducts purchasing negotiations with dealers
- Cooperate actively with the International Fleet Management in the Headquarter
- Active Relationship Management with Corporate Fleet Clients, negotiate proposals
- Performs any other professional tasks or projects assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- high graduation
- 5+ years experience in vehicle leasing industry B2B sector (leasing, car rental)
- Innovative thinking, strong execution capabilities
- driving license class „B"
- foreign language competence - English (advanced)
- computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Lotus Notes)
- high communication skills
- travel propensity (40% of time)
