Have proven experience of providing full-cycle recruitment process
Can build partnership relationships
Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
Understand technologies in the IT Industry
Know how to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin (GitHub, Twitter and so on)
Can spend hours but produce really catching mails and messages for candidates
Dig to understand real interests of candidates and build long-term relationships with them
Have an existing network of specialists
Ready for quickly changing environment
Ready to be active and proactive, continuously improve recruitment process
Speak intermediate English
