Delivery Operations Specialist for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for an Delivery Operations Specialist to join our Delivery Operations team.

This role will facilitate and drive discipline across many operational processes, like time logging and monthly closing. Delivery operations specialists will closely interact with multiple stakeholders and work at pace and in multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

• Being the center of discipline and accuracy about time logging
• Acting as the pivotal point of Ciklum Digital business operations - weekly/monthly closing
• Acting as first-line support for a delivery system for delivery managers and delivery teams
• Preparing requests and supporting receipt of additional payments (e.g. overtime)
• Preparing Navision requests for freelancers remuneration payments
• Collecting ad-hoc data and building analytics and reports for Ciklum Digital in collaboration with other departments/projects/units/etc

Requirements:

• You have Upper-Intermediate English - you are confident in spontaneous speech, and could work closely with the native speakers in spontaneous and unexpected various situations
• You have Confident Intermediate Spanish - deal with spontaneous situations & interactions with little adjustment from native speakers
• You are attentive to detail and ready to work with routine reporting activities
• You are able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• You are precise about any task, detail-oriented and passionate about work
• You are used to processing and analyzing data in Excel/Spreadsheets (quickly build a pivot table, use formulas like vlookup, sumifs, countifs)
