Total Rewards Expert for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for Total Rewards Expert to join our team in Ukraine on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a person with proven experience in Compensation and Benefits to drive business process excellence of the Ciklumers reward and benefit programs in all locations we operate.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure in-depth and transparent analysis of compensation market data, trends and economic indicators
• Participate in salary range settings for all locations we operate
• Contribute to the development of bonus plans
• Set up benefit plans in line with the changing local market environments and the global Total Rewards strategy
• Participate in Medical insurance launch for Ukraine
• Participate in developing and implementing of Total Rewards policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate Total Rewards policies and procedures to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Education - university degree in Human resources or Finance
• Experience in C&B 3+ years
• Advanced PC user (Advanced MS Excel and Word, Google Docs, any HR Admin system / HRIS)
• Upper-intermediate+ English
• Systematic, analytical, organized, proactive
• Verbal and written communication skills
