HR Administrator for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

Ensure efficient processes of HR records keeping according to local legislation, managing expats set up in Ukraine in collaboration with external vendor, support current HRIS/databases, contribute to further automation processes & new HR System launching.

Responsibilities:

• work closely with HR Administrators' team in UA and BY
• maintain HR Admin paperwork for UA employees standardized (orders, timesheets, workbooks, registers, staff lists, job descriptions, HR reporting to state authorities etc.), including closing the backlog, build effective cooperation with an inhouse payroll accountant and Finance team
• UA work and residence permits obtaining coordination, communication with foreigners moving to Ukraine, ensure soft landing
• ensuring accurate records keeping in HRIS for all Company locations
• close cooperation with Applications team translating business needs into technical assignment for implementation and automation
• communication with employees, in close partnership with HRBP-s;
• keeping UA HR policies up to date, improving the existing and drafting the missing policies in line with business needs and specifics of the location;
• vendors management and invoices posting if applicable;

Requirements:

• knowledge in UA Labour Law
• general understanding of expats terms of work in Ukraine
• fluent English (daily correspondence, documents flow and participation in calls is required)
• attentiveness
• awareness about terms of cooperation with Private Entrepreneurs
• persistence, patience, excellent communication skills
• sociability and a real team player
• willing to work on processes improvement and automation
