Client Delivery Management Assistant for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a Client Delivery Assistant to join our strong and professional team in Kyiv. 

We are looking for a passionate Client Delivery Assistant who will work with and assist our Client Delivery Managers in interfacing with the wider Ciklum organization.

Responsibilities:

• Full support of direct Client requests and Client Delivery Manager requests
• Function as liaison between Client, Client Delivery Managers and internal Ciklum departments
• Initiation, Management, Control and follow-up on Service requests to other departments (Invoicing, Procurement, IT, Administrative Department, Concierge, etc)
• Analytical reports and presentations preparation
• Ad-hoc support for Client Delivery Management

Requirements:

• Service-minded personality with good interpersonal skills
• Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work on several tasks at the same time
• Advanced in English - Both in writing and orally
• Proactive, quick-learned and stress resistant person
• Previous service support experience as advantage
• Knowledge of Service Now/ Jira is an advantage
