Technical Writer for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Applications team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities: 

• Work in close collaboration with the Business Analysts team;
• Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures\policies\manuals;
• Produce user guides and video tutorials;
• Analyze documents to ensure continuity of content style;
• Prepare and perform official communication via the internal network;
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation;
• Manage internal and external knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Excellent English written skills (is a must);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets);
• Ability to convey technical material in a concise, effective manner which is appropriate for its intended audience;
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience with team collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.);
• Experience with Snagit and Camtasia;
• Basic understanding of UX.
