We are looking for a Big Data Sales Analyst (remote work). Our client is British company (e-commerce) that operates on the US market.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily management of the e-commerce channels to include accounts management, promotional and advertising strategy, and reporting
Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross-functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy
Handle the user experience of the websites including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
Develop and supervise the effective planning, QA, and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing
Lead all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
Analyzes all e-commerce sites transactions and recommends improvements to enhance customer experience
Delivers and tracks performance metrics, trends, updates, and reports
Power BI implementation and support
REPORTING/STRATEGIC
Setting and working to agreed KPIs
Document procedures and best practices into standard operating procedure documents
Benchmarking competitor practice and suggesting appropriate strategies
Suggesting other ways to improve the entire business (e.g. systems, processes, tools, etc).
KPIs will be set up quarterly after the trial period

Qualifications / Experience:
BA/MA degree
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce sales
Good knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
Excellent English Communication Skills Verbal And Written
The ability to multitask and be flexible in day-to-day functions
Highly organized to handle large volumes of work
Be a team player
Pays close attention to detail
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in multicultural team
Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills with Remote Employees and Virtual Teams
