Digital Marketing Director for the US company (remote work)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Director for a vertically integrated e-commerce company in the skincare and personal goods space, which owns the whole process from end to end from R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and delivering to customers. The aim of this position is to launch 5-12 new brands within the next 12 months. Our ideal candidate will establish the framework and lead the pioneering team for our Ukraine division.

Main Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing - create the Digital Marketing Strategy. Keep day-to-day marketing operations on track (Facebook Ads, Sales Funnels, Influencer Marketing).

Recruitment Management - identify, recruit and hire a team to Digital Marketing Department.

Project Management -? make sure things happen on time, and communicate status. Utilize project management planning experience and software to manage all projects are on time and on budget.

People Management? - communicate clearly, supervise others, answer questions and provide guidance.

Metrics Management ?- report the numbers. Create weekly and monthly KPIs and KPI tracking systems to use to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications / Experience

BA/MA degree

3 years experience in Digital Marketing and Business Management

Have strong management skills and technical skills in digital marketing

Have strong analytical skills

CCPM certification for project management is a plus but not required

Excellent English Communication Skills Verbal And Written

Available during US business hours (PST time zone)

The ability to multitask and be flexible in day-to-day functions

Highly organized to handle large volumes of work

Be a team player

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Experience with cross-functional collaboration in multicultural team

Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills with Remote Employees and Virtual Teams
