On behalf of our client, international production engineering company in automotive sphere, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position Head of Sales (Ukraine/European markets)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan and strategy for the Company’s products at the international market that ensures attainment of the Company’s international sales goals and profitability;
- Coordinating and calibrate sales activities with Marketing Strategy;
- Lead Sales Team and Create Know How for effective sales of Company’s products;
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for international sales leads and prospects;
- · Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate international markets;
- Provide timely feedback to CEO and Owners regarding international sales performance;
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins;
- Maintain accurate records of all international pricings, sales and activity reports.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations to distributors, dealers’ agents, customers, internal staff;
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
- Adhere to all Company’s policies, procedures and business ethics codes, participate in internal trainings, and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
- Insure that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes;
- Maintain contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Design and recommend international sales and marketing programs;
- Set short- and long-term international sales strategies;
- Be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales;
- Be familiar with international Automotive concepts, practices, procedures and constantly update such knowledge;
- Work to develop and maintain international business contacts;
- Extend and keep up to date personal knowledge in product/technics/Engineering of product;
- Keep informed of Partners on marketing/technology update;
- Be able to become trainer for trainer for partner sales network;
- Arrange participation in Tender procedures;
- Develop distributor/dealer/agent network;
- Extend personal network;
- Analytics of competitors and their actions/trends models and approach to end users/prices/keep records of feedback and after sales;
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected;
- Support global distributors, dealers, agents with technical, project and marketing information and updates (digest);
- Develop key relationships with international customers;
- Build a solid direct and distributor, dealer international sales pipeline and develop opportunities;
- Achieve pre-defined international sales targets;
- Work with HR and Legal to develop international sales contracts in foreign market;
- Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis;
- Lead and Coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain group;.
- Coordinate all international sales efforts with our subsidiaries, distributors, dealers and agents. Manage and direct a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree (Economics or Technical);
- MBA degree will be an advantage;
- 4+ years of working experience on International Sales Manager position;
- Well-organized, consistent, responsible, initiative, creative and inventive;
- Attention to details;
- Technological pation will be advantage;
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
