Change Management Project Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Follow the company PM approach to lead internal/external teams and projects.
• Manage the Project Plan and engage the team to work according to this pan..
• Lead a cross-functional team to perform required business analysis and improve business process.
• Evaluate current projects and initiate, plan, execute and control changes if required.
• Project/program documentation management.
• Develop and improve project methodology, functional & industry knowledge within the bank.
• Take charge of the complicated project or several projects.
• Lead several project specialists/co-workers to complete the one consolidated topic.

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience in project management, 2+ years working experience as a project manager;
• IT, Internet or financial industry background is preferable;
• Implementation/consulting experience in financial industry is a plus;
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer science and Financial Management;
• Well versed at preparing and implementing change processes;
• PMP/PRINCEII is a plus;
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills is a plus;
• MS Visio and Project software is a plus.
