Pechersk School International invites HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a structured person with analytical skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as labor documents, labor books
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Assist in the recruitment process (source candidates, coordinate communication, schedule interviews, conduct an initial orientation to newly hired employees)
Issue relevant correspondence
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
What we appreciate in our future HR Administrator.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR administrator, ideally in an international company with good knowledge of:
Local labor and payroll law, protocol and procedures
Upper-intermediate to advanced written and spoken English
Structured thinking, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and attention to details
