Accounts Receivable Assistant

These are exciting times at Beetroot! We are currently seeking an accounts receivable assistant to join our team. If you feel comfortable working with numbers and are trustworthy in handling confidential information as it crosses your desk, then we invite you to work with us!

You will support our client - Internet Vikings - a leading provider for the iGaming and SEO industries in Europe and Asia. They are a premium hosting provider, entirely tailored for iGaming operators, gaming platforms, and SEO professionals since 2008. Their full suite of services makes them a one-stop-shop for clients, as well as a leading provider for technological and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer invoices (check against agreements)

• Schedule customer reminders

• Finance Support Second Line

• Balance reconciliations AR-related accounts in month-end closing

• Accounts payable 

• Back up AR-assistant when he/she is absent

• As an AR-assistant, you will report to the chief accountant in Stockholm

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's (Master's) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• General math skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs

• Attention to details

• Relational skills, focusing on clients and internal departments

• Advanced level of English (required)
