Beetroot, a Swedish-Ukrainian social enterprise with offices in Stockholm and Ukraine, is looking to add a client success manager to one of our offices in Ukraine.

 

You will help Swedish companies capitalize their cooperation with Beetroot, being the main coordinator and champion of our relationship with them - having one foot in the sales team and one foot in HR/delivery.

 

As a client success manager, you will build close relationships with existing and new clients, with the goal of increasing client satisfaction, sustainable profit, and gaining referrals from these accounts. You will be our first responder for putting out fires and solving urgent requests.

In order to succeed in this role, you should be service-minded and maintain healthy relationships with many important internal stakeholders. This includes a close-knit relationship with our HR-team to understand team issues and challenges, so you can drive difficult topics and changes as needed. At the same time, you will have the freedom to present new innovative ideas, be creative, and have room for implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be our customer service guarantor towards clients - setting the bar for client happiness through excellent communication, flexibility and problem-solving;
  • Develop account relationships/create customer success;
  • Be a go-to person for questions regarding our client's business - staying updated on their needs, where their products and businesses are headed in the future, and more;
  • Support and coach colleagues with professionalism and maintain customer care communication;
  • Foster relationships through face-to-face meetings - traveling to your clients every 2-3 months and promoting organizing client visits to Ukraine;
  • Coordinate account case studies, learnings, and account passion points to help meet sales/marketing goals new accounts with better communication in the future.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in account management/customer success or comparable client-involvement role;
  • International business understanding, experience, and mindset;
  • Decent understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services;
  • Proven experience of managing multiple projects/accounts /distributed teams, simultaneously;
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about a client's business and products;
  • Flexible personality - understanding and solving the client's needs is a high priority;
  • Very strong and customer care-oriented communication skills;
  • An affinity for difficult/uncomfortable problems;
  • Excellent organizer and coordinator.

 

Bonus:

  • Previous experience working or studying in Nordic countries is a huge plus;
  • You love borshch!
