Account manager

Things are happening at Beetroot! We're growing steadily and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Our perfect candidate truly understands the customer's needs. He or she also has strong organizational and analytical skills, an ability to keep a finger on the pulse at any stage of the project, as well as an insurmountable desire to be a part of an outstanding team of developers. The main task in this position is to build strong relationships with customers for improving and expanding the role and the general project delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with a client after the initial sale

• Build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Be responsive to the client's requests and needs.

• Collect project specifications and clarify scope

• Participate in communication (between the developers and the client) during the production stage and manage expectations

• Evaluate projects with the client and maintain the  relations

• Estimate project duration with the Team Lead

• Prepare contracts and invoices, while maintaining responsibility for the project assets, details, documentation, etc. 

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to the customer's needs and objectives

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B Sales or in Account Management field

• Experience of working with international companies in a service-oriented environment

• Good knowledge of the IT market and its tendencies

• Advanced computer user

• Well organized, proactive, and self-driven

• You are service-oriented and communicative!

• You are a fast learner

• You don't mind working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

• Good level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Bonus

• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, CMSs like WordPress, etc.)

• Basic understanding of web design

• Experience in creating project specifications

• You love borsch and varenyky!
