Обов'язки

• Своєчасно та результативно вирішувати питання, поставлені клієнтами по телефону, email листуванні та в чатах (навчаємо).
• Забезпечення якісної інформативної підтримки.
• Збір та документація інформації в існуючу систему, щоб забезпечити високий рівень обслуговування.

Вимоги

• Володіння однією з вище вказаних мов.
• Добре розуміння середовища MS Office.
• Гарні комунікативні навички.
