Financial Controller

On behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturer of crop protection solutions, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Full control over monthly forecast and quarter/year-end IFRS closing processes

Preparation of 5 Years Plan & Annual Workplan

• Providing accurate and comprehensive management reports
• Accounting oversight
• Interaction with external auditors (Big4)
• Communication with Group Controllers
• Exercising control over TP Group Methodology and IG rebates
• Monthly analysis of actual vs budget expenses
• Design and implementation of Internal Control Policies and Procedures
• Analysis and testing of system reports (SAP Business One)
• Participation in automatization processes

Subordination:

• Head of Financial Control

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of Big4 experience
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Deep understanding of IFRS and LAS
• Fluent English
• SAP knowledge would be a plus
• Experience with agriculture companies would be a plus
