• Work with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience, set the learning objectives appropriate to the audience needs;
• Create appropriate content, activities in line with learning objectives;
• Work with designers, multimedia developers to ensure engaging visual content and storyboards;
• Develop proposals to measure course, content effectiveness;
• Develop and organize effective training manuals and other educational materials;
• Evaluate courses and activities to define their effectiveness, make needed re-design;
• Evaluate existing LMS/ LXM tools, implement new solutions.

Essential professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience in creating learning content;
• Knowledge of design methodologies (ex., design thinking, interactive learning experiences), adults learning theory and principles, assessing learning and program impact;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
