Essential professional experience:
- Minimum years of experience as Support Team Lead(preferable in IT company);
- Experience of managing team which support 1000+ users;
-Strong technical knowledges in next domains: Windows AD services, client Windows OS, MacOS, network, basic security practices and experience with implementing and administration corporate IT tools;
- Basic ITIL and Agile methodology;
- Be able to work under pressure, multitasking;
- Experience with VIP customers support;
- Experience with remote customers support;
- Great leadership, organizational and time-management skills;
- Proper written and oral skills(Ukrainian, Russian, English).
