  • Provide management and direction of IT help desk team in hyper-growth environment;

Essential professional experience:

  • Minimum years of experience as Support Team Lead(preferable in IT company);
  • Experience of managing team which support 1000+ users;

-Strong technical knowledges in next domains: Windows AD services, client Windows OS, MacOS, network, basic security practices and experience with implementing and administration corporate IT tools;

  • Basic ITIL and Agile methodology;
  • Be able to work under pressure, multitasking;
  • Experience with VIP customers support;
  • Experience with remote customers support;
  • Great leadership, organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proper written and oral skills(Ukrainian, Russian, English).
