• Be responsible for the user journey, onboarding and conversion of customers;
• Monitor daily and report on user acquisition campaigns' metrics, as well as oversee the CPA and conversion rates;
• Map the product customer user journey and onboarding scenarios, defining blockers and come out with the specific tactics that address them;
• Сollaborate with the central functions such as BI, Performance Marketing and Central CRM;
• Report on acquired cohorts retention rates, engagement metrics, ARPU and revenue in dynamics;
• Identify payback periods and longer-term ROI of the acquisition campaigns;
• Work on the multi-channel attribution and build channel specific and country specific acquisition models.

Essential professional experience:

• Highly numerate and analytical individual with an excellent understanding of digital marketing;
• Working experience in iGaming;
• Good knowledge of SEO PPC - white&black hat;
• Media buying;
• SMM;
• CPA/revshare;
• Google Play cloaking;
• Intermediate English level.
