Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with subject matter experts (developers, managers, analysts, and etc.) to collect information
• Create and update internal documentation for company's software products (in Russian and English)

Required skills:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer
• Experience in writing technical documentation for software products (such as business requirements, product descriptions, functional and non-functional requirements, user guides, and etc.)
• Clear and concise writing
• Ability and eagerness to learn new tools, products, and technologies
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English (strong intermediate level or higher)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with MadCap Flare, Git, Snagit, and MemoQ would be an advantage
