About Team:
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Lead that will establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover. You will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
You will be involved in:
- C&B Policies development, implementation and update on regular basis (Salary Review, Annual Bonus, Individual Incentive Schemes);
- Benefit catalogue development and automatization;
- Staff cost budgeting and analysis;
- Ensuring C&B processes are working properly;
- Employees consulting on C&B processes and policies;
- Ad-hoc project's tasks according to business needs.
We are interested in:
- At least 2 years of relevant C&B experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel);
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- At least Intermediate English level;
- 1C knowledge would be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and manage time effectively.
