B2B Product Development Lead will combine a blend of technical, management, and leadership skills to ensure the team-based delivery of technically focused work including development and integration projects.

What you’ll do:
- Developing, launching, and supporting of enterprise (b2b) and Mobile Operators products;
- Conducting and controlling over product management throughout its lifecycle;
- Managing of development and implementation of new products;
- Organizing and ensuring the unit team’s effective work;
- Determining project’s scope of work, project’s planning and distribution among the unit team;
- Creating periodic reports on the results of the unit team’s work;
- Conducting negotiations with partners, vendors, and internal teams (sales, operations, technical, marketing, legal) in the frames of services/products development and management;
- Improving business plans and go-to-market strategy of existing products;
- Participating in budget formation and analysis of budget execution.
What we expect:
- University degree (Telecommunications, IT background is a plus);
- 3+ years of significant experience in the areas of product development and management;
- 1+ years of experience as Unit Manager or Team Lead;
- Advanced English;
- Strong understanding of enterprise (b2b) and Mobile Operators business;
- Experience in enterprise (b2b) and Mobile Operators products development, launch, and support;
- Marketing/IT/Sales/Customer service experience is a strong plus;
- Experience in the field of telecom business is a strong plus;
- Confident knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Experience in effective work with cross-functional teams;
- Organized, methodical, and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
