 Credi Yes is a financial company with over 12 years of experience in microcredit, operating in several countries with over 800 employees. The vision and mission of the company is to build long-term relationships with its employees, customers and partners. Relationships built on correctness, loyalty and respect. The new challenge for us is to create a team of professionals in Kharkov, with the help of which to start building the company in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Process creation and construction of departments in the company from the beginning
• Building a long-term strategy for the development of the company
• Building and maintaining effective interaction between the company's operations departments 
• Full responsibility for the overall development of the company
• Collects processes and provides documents necessary for the needs of the company
• Promoting the company's brand and increasing the customer base

Requirements:

• Perfect knowledge of the country's legislation
• 5+ experience (consideret an advantage) of the same or similar position in the financial sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent management skills 
• Experience in building and managing structures, departments and processes
• Ability to plan and forecast
• Ability to negotiate
• Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
