Java developer (Strong Junior/Middle)

Required skills

At least 2 years of commercial development experience
Good knowledge of Java Core (we use 8 and 8.11)
Basic knowledge in RESTful APIs,
Familiarity with Apache Commons, JAX-RS (Jersey), JAXB, JCE (BouncyCastle), Hibernate (MSSQL, Postgresql, MySQL, Apache Derby, Oracle), Junit4
Knowledge of network protocols.
At least intermediate spoken and written English

Tools:
• Eclipse IDE;
• Ant, Maven
• Apache Directory Studio
• Any database client tool (Squirrel SQL Client)
• Apache Tomcat Servlet Container

Will be a plus:

1) OS knowledge: Windows Server, Ubuntu Server, CentOS
2) Working experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS (or willingness to learn)
3) Familiarity with:
• Apache Guacamole, Apache Directory Service
• Apereo CAS
• Netty
• Swagger
• SonarQube
• Bash
• Groovy
• NSIS Installer

Softwarium is inviting a Middle Java developer to join our Kyiv office. Expansion of the staff of the current project (US customer) — Xton Technologies is developing the software. The program is a server with a graphical interface of a web portal that integrates Windows and Unix computers: access, change passwords, launch programs).
TECHNOLOGIES: Unix/Linux/Windows Server — software installation, service management, configuration, Apache/IIS/Nginx configuration.AngularJS frontend, Java-based backend.

The team consists of 3 developers and 2 QA.
