Interviewing:
- 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 40 minutes);
- 2-nd stage: interview with a client (around 1 hour);
Skills required:
- 8+ years of CRM experience & should have been as a Business analyst for at least 2 CRM implementations;
- Business discussions/workshops, and experience with CRM functional design covering functionalities like Customer management, Contact Management, Activities, Opportunities, etc;
- Experience in providing high level solution to Business & driven the solution workshops;
- Knowledge of co-ordination between among different teams like Development, QA, etc;
- Experience in Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out;
- Experience in the SFA & Field sales execution implementation of CRM;
- Deep understanding of multiple industry domains;
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
- Good written and spoken communications in English.
Responsibilities include:
- Interaction with the key stakeholders from the client, operations and other teams for requirements gathering & new projects;
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate into technical deliverables across a wide array of products and technologies;
- Create, present and defend complex positions and strategies for business decisions processes and plans;
- Engaging with customer and stakeholders on solution design/workshops, estimations and product demonstrations;
- Cooperation with global clients and successfully managed stakeholder expectations.
