Interviewing:
- 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 40 minutes);
- 2-nd stage: interview with a team (around 1 hour);
- 3-rd stage: interview with an Architect (around 1 hour);
Skills required:
- 6+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience;
- Deep knowledge with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM;
- Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions;
- Experience in leading the design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end implementations;
- Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions;
- Deep knowledge with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server;
- Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets);
- Working experience on Power Platforms;
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently;
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction;
- Hands on design and development of custom solutions;
- Judges trade-offs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project;
- Identify the varying skillsets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide the project in the best way possible;
- Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solution;
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with client;
- Understands Integration and Migration concepts;
- Experience applying appropriate release management approaches in a professional capacity;
- Raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate;
- Experience of all phases of the project lifecycle;
- Contribute to development of peers as well as the CRM practice as a whole.
