Interviewing:
- 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 40 minutes);
- 2-nd stage: interview with a team (around 1 hour);
- 3-rd stage: interview with an Architect (around 1 hour);
Skills required:
- 8+ years’ experience in implementing large packaged MS CRM applications;
- Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM & design and development experience, specifically developing web services and database applications using a variety of technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and successfully integrate with Dynamics CRM;
- Experience in leading the design and development of at-least 2 Dynamics CRM integration projects with legacy/in-house applications;
- Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices preferred;
- Experience in post implementation support and maintenance;
- Experience with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, CRM SDK, SQL Server;
- Experience in designing and deploying SSRS custom reports/Dashboards with Dynamics CRM;
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance and Security aspects;
- Experience with advanced web development technologies used with the XRM platform would be preferred, including ReactJS, JSON, WCF, Data, jQuery;
- Working experience on Power Platforms;
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.
Responsibilities include:
- Author overall solution architecture & design for systems/applications (medium to large) by understanding customer needs and requirements;
- Good Domain Knowledge;
- Architect, design and develop applications;
- Product evaluation and implementation;
- Create technically sound solutions for complex and non-standard assignments;
- Provide technical leadership through the implementation;
- Conduct code reviews and mentor/direct developers as required;
- Assist on consulting/advisory services for customers digital transformation journey;
- Learn new technologies and industry models and keep themselves up to date;
- Be able to provide thought leadership through sharing technical best practices/insights, publishing articles, whitepapers and through participation in select technology forums either internally or externally.
