Technical Support Consultant (L1 & L2)


    Do you take pride in reproducing complex issues and finding the best solutions for customers?

    We’re looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join SupportYourApp to be part of a fast-growing European tech product and Customer Support Team. Let’s be clear, we don’t expect you to code, but we do expect you to dig deep into customers' issues using all your skills and technology knowledge. Challenging tasks are guaranteed.

    What you need:

    • Outstanding English communication skills written and verbal, C1 level;
    • Proven experience in Supporting International Enterprise organizations, preferably with information security/cyber solutions;
    • Knowledge and experience with MS based OS, systems, environments, tools and applications is a must;
    • Working experience with Networking protocols TCP/IP, Ports, HTTP/S, LDAP and tools;
    • Security concepts and protocols knowledge e.g. SSL, Certificates, key stores etc.;
    • Experience working with IT deployment tools SCCM, GPO, Integration with 3'rd party Enterprise components such as SIEM e.g. Splunk, QRadar, Directory Services AD and mail systems.
    • Knowledge of Cloud technologies;
    • Analytical & troubleshooting skills;
    • Tech-savvy mindset, eager to learn and discover new technologies.

    Will be a plus:

    • Understanding how core Windows OS/processes utilize memory and CPU;
    • Knowledge of Cloud based services, e.g. AWS, an advantage;
    • BSc degree in computer sciences;
    • Prior knowledge and understanding cyber related concepts like: exploits, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, malwares, etc., a big advantage.

    What you will do:

    • Work closely with other departments and teams to meet and exceed customers expectations;
    • Communicate the progress of an issue resolution to the client and/or within the team in a timely manner;
    • Analyzing, deducing and acting upon logs and error reports;
    • Effectively handling multiple customer demands and priorities;
    • Delivering accurate data and information on a product in a concise and clear manner.
