Analytics Manager

We're looking for a talented Analytics Manager, who adores research and systemizing the most scattered info into comprehensive analytics using the latest technology. Your goal will be to implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights, and constantly look for the best ways of automation

Your role will include:

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting;
• Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, tech department, HRs, Delivery Managers, customer feedback) and collaborate with all departments;
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights;
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends;
• Help Delivery Managers with reports;
• Manage, develop and automate Google tables for valuable insights;
• KPI count;
• Business processes automation.

This important role definitely needs some background:

• Python Data Science libraries knowledge: PANDAS, Matplotlib or other;
• Industry experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus;
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and SQL;
• Attention to detail & problem-solving attitude;
• Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field;
