Business Analyst/Project manager

Now we have a new vacancy for Business Analyst/ Project manager to join our team. You will work on WePlay! Tournament Platform, part of the weplay.tv. We are creating a platform that allows players to compete in various esports game disciplines such as CS:GO, Dota 2 and other, to enjoy the game and receive valuable prizes, develop gaming skills and turn their hobbies into a profession.

Your team consists of: Product Owner, Product designer, Customer experience lead, Devs, QAs, Internal stakeholders (support, marketing, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Set up BA process from scratch
• Creation of document templates
• Requirements document development
• Requirements elicitation activities
• Backlog management, prioritization process
• Manage day-to-day work within the team
• Stand up meeting, release planning's, retrospectives
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, sprints

Requirements:

• A good skill in writing BRDs
• A good skill in writing agile requirements (epics/stories in standard & BDD format)
• An experience in facilitating of grooming-sessions
• Ability to clearly and concisely formulate tasks and write documentation
• Ability to influence and establish communication among cross-functional teams
• English language skills should be Intermediate and above
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a really dynamic environment
• Understanding SDLC and web application development process
• Knowledge of flexible team management techniques (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, Miro (or similar software), Comunda (or similar software), Figma
