There are plenty of tasks in our roadmap, such as tools for exploring ethereum blockchain, implementation of order matching engine, integration with other cryptocurrency exchanges and tools, development of REST APIs. Our candidate should have a desire to learn and grow quickly.

Team: work with CEO, CFO, Financial manager.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of practical experience in financial department is obligatory (work in IT companies or start-ups is preferable);
• strong understanding of management accounting and reporting principles;
• practical experience in the Company's accounting policy formation;
• experience in implementing management accounting automation systems (highly preferred 1C);
• MS degree in finances, accountancy, economics or engineering;
• Upper Intermediate level of English;
• analytical thinking, time management and planning skills, understanding of importance of own work to the company;
• initiative, desire to grow and develop, involvement, responsibility, honesty;
• high level of proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheets, 1C.

Responsibilities:

• monthly management reporting (PL, CF, BS) and supporting it with analytics;
• preparation of Plan-fact analysis;
• short-term planning & budgeting control;
• updating of the Company financial model (if needed);
• analysis of performance and financial results of the Сompany;
  
• development and implementation of management accounting methodology;
• automation of management accounting in 1C - in near future plans.

Work terms:

• 18 working days of paid vacation and 12 days pf sick leaves each year;
