Performance Analyst

Right now we are looking for a Performance Analyst to extend our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of personal performance  KPIs for   all  departments using the company’s metrics and reports 
• Perform  internal  audit  of  personal  performance results for  all  departments
• Optimize current performance reporting structure (KPI dashboards for  all  departments)  and repeatable process
• Synthesize personal performance trends and business performance
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends 
• Identify opportunities for personal performance improvement

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Awareness of data visualization principles
• Equivalent work experience (2 years +)
• English level: Fluent or Advanced 
• Higher education - Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (in the appropriate field)
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (strong skills), ability  to  work   with  massive data array 
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel- strong  skills,  PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI is  a plus
• Business school degree (in the appropriate field)
