Localization Manager

We are excited to add another Localization Manager role as we continue to expand our content and further engage channel partners and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage localization projects from beginning to end for product, marketing, emails and web content, working closely with the content team, translators, designers and web team.
• Analyze task brief and source content and assign tasks to team members/linguists.
• Develop and oversee localization and QA workflows, managing deadlines and resources.
• Ensure localization is done within budget by performing cost tracking
• Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices.
• Review, prioritize and track the resolution of bugs that affect localized product content quality and functionality.
• Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency, and manage cost and time to market for localized versions.
• Research and incorporate industry best practices and innovation into our localization and translation strategy.
• Ensure that translation memories and terminology databases are maintained and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (localization, business, linguistics, management or with equivalent experience)
• Fluency in a non-English language will be a big plus
• Experience working with remote team members.
• Excellent track record in delivering global products, and understanding of localization challenges.
• Strong communication skills.
• Budget management skills
