Timac Agro International subsidiary of the Roullier Group, is an expert in plant and animal nutrition. Now present in over 42 countries throughout the world, Timac Agro manufactures and commercializes fertilizers and nutritional specialties for crops and animals.

We are now looking for a Chief Accountant to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

Directly reporting to the CFO your main responsibilities are:

• Maintain and consolidate accounting books per UAS (SAP);
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely registration of tax invoices;
• Manage preparation and timely submission of financial, statistical and tax reporting to State Authorities;
• Ensure the legality and completeness of primary and accounting documents;
• Responsible for correct calculation and timely payments of taxes to the State, insurance contributions to social insurance funds, salary payments to employees, other compulsory payments;
• Ensure the Company's tax security, tax planning, maintain business relationships with tax officers;
• Monitor changes in Ukrainian legislation, advise Company employees on tax legislation, reduce the share of non-taxable expenses, contract validation;
• Ensure the correct and timely closing of the month according to the Group requirements;
• Responsible for a positive result of the Company's audit and inspection;
• Inspire and manage team of 4 members.

Main requirements:

• University Degree (Accounting/ Finance/ Economics);
• 5 + years as Tax Manager, Senior Tax Specialist, Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant of a large multinational company;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and International accounting standards, Tax Code (VAT and Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing);
• Advanced PC user, knowledge of SAP, BAS, Medoc;
• Working knowledge of English - upper-intermediate is mandatory;
• Responsible, good managerial skills, communication, and organization.
