Regional sales Director

Timac Agro International (http://www.timacagro.com), subsidiary of the Roullier Group, is an expert in plant and animal nutrition. Now present in over 42 countries throughout the world, Timac Agro manufactures and commercializes fertilizers and nutritional specialties for crops and animals.

It is a key player in the international agribusiness market and has an opportunity for you to work on the growth of existing markets and develop new markets with high potential. We are now looking for a Regional Sales Director to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

Directly reporting to the Division Manager your main responsibilities are:

• Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with clients (farmers and distributors)
• Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with Business Units' objectives
• Create and implement a business plan of territory development
• Manage teamwork of Plant Nutritional Consultants
• Prepare reports on a regular basis
• To recruit and manage your own team of sales representatives (plant nutrition consultants)
• Usual business trips

Profile:

• Being a holder of a master degree in Agribusiness you have a successful experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager and experience of managing the team
• Your main strengths are an orientation on results, analytical awareness, and excellent organizational skills
• Driving license is mandatory
