Timac Agro International (http://www.timacagro.com), subsidiary of the Roullier group, is an expert in plant and animal nutrition. Now present in over 42 countries throughout the world, Timac Agro manufactures and commercializes fertilizers and nutritional specializes for crops and animals.

It is a Key player in the international agribusiness market, and has an opportunity for you to work on the growth of existing markets and develop new markets with high potential. We are now looking for a Division Sales Manager to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

 

Directly reporting to the Country Manager your main responsibilities are:

 

  • Participation in Strategical Planning and Development of the company;
  • Execution of strategies in the accountable territory (up to 15 regions of Ukraine);
  • Regional Budget build-up, execution and control of KPIs
  • Development and management of the regional team aimed to achieve sales targets;
  • Effective management of distribution in order to support sales;
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities directed to promote Timac Agro brand.

 

Profile:

  • Being a holder of a master degree in Agribusiness/Management you have a successful experience of minimum 2 years as a Region Director and experience of managing the team
  • Your main strengths are orientation on results, analytical thinking, strong negotiational and organizational skills
  • Driving license is mandatory
  • Fluent English, knowledge of French will be a advantage
