Production Manager (Керівник з виробництва)

The Role

Home Group Holding is looking for a Production Manager for its operations in Rivne, Ukraine. The purpose of this role is to lead 800+ production team in support of Home Group Rivne's business objectives, to manage the production process, ensure the effective utilization of resources and materials and to improve overall efficiency of the operations and level of customer satisfaction. The Production Manager shall establish strong communication and collaboration between all departments. This role belongs to Factory Management Team and reports directly to the Factory Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans and objectives to improve productivity, quality and safety. Directly manage department leadership team to secure delivery of the production plan.
• Develop lean culture, implement/sustain usage of lean tools such as Visual Management System, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Facilitate smooth implementation of the new products in production in cooperation with Product and Quality Teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support realization of the factory projects or initiatives that contribute to business objectives.
• Contribute to optimization and automation of business processes, proactively communicate and support changes cascaded down in the organization.
• Act as a role model for the factory team in terms of safety and lean culture on the shop floor.
• In partnership with the HR Team, develop front leaders and manage talent.
• Secure compliance to legal and corporate procedures and accurate reporting on Group KPIs.

Requirements

• Management experience in industrial environment, preferable within international organization.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with the team of 50+ employees.
• Proven experience in applying lean competence and achieving breakthrough performance results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationship with peers and subordinates over time.
• Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills, basic analytical skills.
• Autonomy, sense of urgency, persistence, ability to balance big picture and attention to detail.
• PC literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, basic knowledge of 1C or relevant software.
• Ability to communicate in English would be an advantage and would contribute to professional development in Home Group.
