Weblium is a SaaS site-builder powered by TemplateMonster, a world leader in creating site templates (19 years in the market).
We launched in 2019 and immediately became a Product of the Day and a Product of the Week on ProductHunt.
Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team of 24/7 support and contribute to the top-class service for current and prospective users. You will be the first point of contact for anyone who enters the platform and seeks assistance in creating a website.
Support users on their way to creating a website — via chat and email.
Offer help proactively and upsell services.
Provide technical assistance with connecting domains, setting up an online store, etc., and troubleshoot any issues that may occur along the way.
Report bugs to the development team and take ownership of their resolution.
Write Help Center articles.
English — advanced/fluent. You should be able to communicate in English in real-time without delays.
Good Russian and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
Excellent communication skills: the ability to listen, understand and clarify users’ needs plus work with dissatisfied customers.
Ability to make split-second decisions independently based on company policies and guidelines.
Multi-tasking: you may be handling multiple chats simultaneously and will need to process each of them with equal dedication.

What we offer:
Night shifts (10 pm-6 am) around the week and morning/day shifts during the weekend. Total 4-5 shifts per week.
