Specialist of Corporate Finance Department

Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, is a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets and is looking for candidates for the position of Specialist of the Corporate Finance Department.

Functional responsibilities:

• Administrative (documentary) support of the Group's work with Ukrainian banks, leasing, and insurance companies, support of the existing loan portfolio;
• Preparation and control of payment calendar for repayment of credits, interest, leasing, and insurance payments;
• Support of processes of techniques in financial leasing;
• Group credit portfolio support: control over payments, control over fulfillment of contract terms and financial covenants, submission of reports, monitoring of the pledged property, coordination and signing of agreements and amendments, etc.;
• Communication with the insurance companies: coordination of tariffs and terms of insurance, analysis, and signing of contracts, handling of insured events, etc.

Our expectations:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the corporate finance area (agriculture preferably);
• English (intermediate at least);
• Confident PC user of Microsoft Office (Excel), 1C;
• High level of responsibility and self-organization;
• Able to work in a team and independently;
• Accountability, flexibility, hardworking.
