Production Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the Group Reporting Package, incl. B/S, P/L, and number of local reports for Imperial Tobacco Production Ukraine business and support to other directions of the business in accordance with Group Finance reporting rules and guidance
• Forecasting of Manufacturing P/L, B/S and Working Capital (WC) as part of the regular business planning process and periodic updates (latest estimates)
• Preparation and submission of Intercompany Transfer Costs based on a deep understanding of group costing principles, commercial conditions, taxation, and company profitability focus
• Close cooperation with the accounting department to ensure transparent bookkeeping and compliant reporting
• Provide relevant data to support the decision-making processes in the company & initiate proposals for improvement
• Work with local and regional/central functions, providing qualitative financial analysis to deliver company targets and improvement of company operating effectiveness and efficiency
• To be ready to optimize existing reports, controlling instruments, and participate in projects driven by the Group
• Ad-hoc tasks such as business case evaluation, sensitivity analysis, reports, etc. for all levels of management

Key Requirements

• Formal or experience-proven qualification in Finance
• Sufficient knowledge and understanding of applicable IFRS’s, corporate/group consolidation, and reporting principles
• 3+ years of experience in a position with the similar duties in finance or business analysis (preferably with FMCG international companies)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency in Excel being an absolute must
• Strong understanding the working principles of ERP system and data relationships
• Fluent English; native Ukrainian
• Highly numerate person with excellent analytical skills and entrepreneur / production and commercial thinking
• Ability to communicate / present complex data, identify risks and opportunities and explain complex issues simply
• Cooperative, team player who must be able to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain; must be comfortable dealing with managers at all levels throughout the organization
• Proactive self-starter, with the ability to work with minimum guidance and willing to challenge and jump into the issues
